A Skill Building Group for Survivors of Sexual Violence


Group Starts Wednesday May 13th 1:30pm -3:00pm and runs for 8 weeks.


Weekly topics include introduction to meditation, developing mindfulness, understanding emotions, ;earning coping skills and recognizing self-criticism.


In this supportive group environment we will use meditations, discussion and journaling to develop our ability to ground ourselves in the here and now and cope with stresses in our lives.
